Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), phone, country and time zone.
• Job-seeker profile: headline, summary, location, experience, qualifications, skills, preferences and availability — all provided by you.
• Employer information that our staff enter for the jobs we publish.
• Your resume file, if you upload one. It is stored privately and only you and Fiondr staff can open it.
• Activity: messages with our team, job recommendations and your answers, applications, status changes, saved jobs, reports and notifications.
• Technical data needed to run the service securely, such as session cookies and server logs.

How it's shared

• Unless you turn it off, part of your job-seeker profile is listed in our public talent directory (the "Find talent" page) so employers can discover you: your first name and last initial, profile photo, headline, city and state, years of experience, availability, occupations you're interested in and skills. Listings with more of your profile filled in appear higher. You can switch this off at any time under Privacy on your profile page.
• Your full name, summary, expected pay, resume, email and phone are never shown in the directory. Employers ask our team for an introduction instead of contacting you directly.
• Fiondr recruitment staff see your profile, resume, email, phone and messages so they can recommend suitable jobs and contact you.
• We share your contact details with an employer only after you agree — for example, by saying you're interested in their job.
• Live job listings and the employers they belong to are public.
• Our administrators can access data to moderate content, investigate reports and keep the service safe; these actions are logged.
• We use service providers for hosting, database and email. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

• Edit your profile at any time, and hide yourself from the talent directory with the "Show me in the talent directory" setting.
• Withdraw an application at any time.
• Request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by contacting us; we'll respond within the period required where you live.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. When an account is deleted, its profile, applications and related records are removed, except where we must keep limited records for legal, safety or fraud-prevention reasons.

International use

Fiondr operates in multiple countries, and local law may give you additional rights. Contact us at info@fiondr.com to exercise them.
