How it works

A recruitment team on your side.

Our team works directly with employers, writes every listing and looks after every application — so you always know who you're dealing with and where you stand.

Two people shaking hands
  1. 01

Create your profile and upload your resume

Add your experience, qualifications, skills, the kinds of work you want and when you're available. You only do this once.

  2. 02

    Get matched by a recruiter

Our team reviews your profile and resume and recommends open jobs that fit. Spotted one yourself? Tap “I'm interested” and we'll take a look.

  3. 03

Say yes to the ones you want

Every recommendation arrives in your messages. Say you're interested and your recruiter moves it forward — shortlisted, interview, offer.

  4. 04

    Get hired

You're notified at every step and can message the team any time. If it's not the right fit, we'll keep looking for you.

FAQ

Good to know

Who posts the jobs?
Only the Fiondr team. We agree every role directly with the employer — a business, organization or private household — and write and publish the listing ourselves.
Can I go for a job I found myself?
Yes. Open the job and tap “I'm interested”. Your recruiter checks it against your profile and, if it's a match, recommends it to you so you can go ahead.
Does it cost anything?
No. Creating a profile, getting recommendations and going for jobs are free. We will never ask you for money to apply, for training or for equipment.
Who sees my information?
Employers can browse a short version of your profile in our talent directory — first name and last initial, headline, city, experience, availability, occupations and skills. You can turn this off on your profile page. Your full name, resume and contact details are seen only by the Fiondr team, and shared with an employer only after you agree.
Can I withdraw from a job?
Yes, at any time before a final decision, from the application page in your dashboard.
