Toddler Teacher

Little Oaks Early Learning is hiring two Toddler Teachers for our five-star licensed center in Charlotte, NC. Our toddler rooms have 10 children and two teachers each. We learn through play, music, books and lots of time outside. What you will do: - Plan and lead daily activities for children aged 12 to 36 months - Help with meals, naps, diapering and potty training - Keep children safe and the classroom clean and organized - Observe and record each child's progress - Talk with parents at drop-off and pick-up and share photos through our app About you: - At least one year working with toddlers in a center, school or as a nanny - The North Carolina Early Childhood Credential, or willing to complete it in your first six months (we pay for it) - Warm, patient and full of energy - Able to pass state background checks What we offer: - $16 to $19 per hour, depending on credentials and experience - 50% off childcare for your own children - Medical and dental insurance after 30 days - Paid time off, paid holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year's off - Paid training and help toward your CDA or associate degree How to apply: create your Fiondr profile, upload your resume and tap "I'm interested".
