Line Cook

Central Valley Fresh Kitchen is hiring two full-time Line Cooks in Fresno, CA. We cook with produce from local farms, and our menu changes with the seasons. What you will do: - Prepare and cook dishes on the grill, sauté and fry stations - Prep vegetables, sauces and proteins before service - Follow recipes and plate dishes to our standards - Keep your station clean, stocked and food-safe - Help with catering orders and weekend brunch About you: - At least one year of line cook experience - Fast, careful and calm during a busy service - A California Food Handler card, or willing to get one - Available Wednesday to Sunday evenings What we offer: - $18.50 to $22 per hour, plus a share of tips - Free shift meals - Health insurance after 60 days - Paid sick leave and paid time off - The chance to learn seasonal, scratch cooking How to apply: create your Fiondr profile, upload your resume and tap "I'm interested".
