Night Cleaning Supervisor

Clearwater Facility Services is hiring a Night Cleaning Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead a crew of eight cleaners across three office buildings in Central Phoenix and make sure every floor is ready for tenants by morning. What you will do: - Assign areas, check work and keep the crew on schedule each night - Inspect restrooms, offices and common areas against our quality checklist - Train new cleaners and cover for absences when needed - Order supplies and keep equipment in good working order - Report building issues to property managers About you: - At least two years of commercial cleaning, with some time leading others - Organized, fair and able to give clear feedback - Comfortable using a phone app for checklists and time tracking - Spanish is a plus What we offer: - $20 to $23 per hour, plus a night differential - Medical, dental and vision insurance after 30 days - Paid time off and paid holidays - Company vehicle for travel between buildings How to apply: create your Fiondr profile, upload your resume and tap "I'm interested".
