Server (Dinner Shifts)

Derby City Bistro is hiring two Servers for dinner shifts in Louisville, KY. We are a busy neighborhood spot on Bardstown Road known for Southern comfort food, local bourbon and friendly service. What you will do: - Greet guests, take orders and serve food and drinks - Know our menu and suggest dishes and drink pairings - Work as a team with the kitchen, bar and other servers - Handle payments accurately - Keep your section clean and help with side work About you: - At least one year of restaurant serving experience - Friendly, upbeat and calm when it gets busy - Available on Friday and Saturday nights - 20 or older to serve alcohol What we offer: - $15 to $18 per hour base pay plus tips - Servers average $25 to $32 per hour with tips - A free shift meal - Flexible scheduling and paid time off after six months How to apply: create your Fiondr profile, upload your resume and tap "I'm interested".
