UI/UX Designer

Pinecrest Digital Studio is hiring a UI/UX Designer in Portland, OR. We are a 20-person studio designing websites and apps for nonprofits, schools and local businesses. You will work on two or three projects at a time with a small team of a project lead and developers. What you will do: - Turn client goals into user flows, wireframes and polished designs in Figma - Build and maintain design systems for our clients - Run simple usability tests and use what you learn to improve designs - Present your work to clients and explain your decisions - Work closely with developers to make sure designs are built as intended About you: - At least two years designing websites or apps, at a studio, agency or in-house - A portfolio that shows your process, not just the final screens - Strong in Figma and comfortable with accessibility basics - Clear communicator who enjoys working with clients What we offer: - $85,000 to $100,000 a year, depending on experience - Hybrid schedule: two days in our Pearl District studio - Medical, dental and vision insurance, fully paid for you - 401(k) with a 4% match and 4 weeks of paid time off - A new laptop and $1,000 for your home office How to apply: create your Fiondr profile, upload your resume and tap "I'm interested".
