Payroll Specialist

Atlas Business Services is hiring a Payroll Specialist in Philadelphia, PA. We run payroll for about 60 small businesses in the region, and our clients count on getting it right every pay period. What you will do: - Process weekly and biweekly payroll for a group of clients - Enter new hires, changes and terminations - Handle payroll tax filings and year-end W-2s - Answer employee and client payroll questions - Reconcile payroll reports with the general ledger About you: - At least two years processing payroll - Experience with ADP, Gusto, Paychex or a similar system - Accurate, organized and good at meeting deadlines - Knowledge of Pennsylvania and Philadelphia payroll taxes is a plus What we offer: - $24 to $28 per hour, depending on experience - Medical, dental and vision insurance after 30 days - 401(k) with a 3% match - 15 days of paid time off plus paid holidays How to apply: create your Fiondr profile, upload your resume and tap "I'm interested".
