Front Desk Agent

Ocean Drive Hotel is hiring two Front Desk Agents for our 96-room boutique hotel in Miami Beach, FL. Our guests come from all over the world, and the front desk sets the tone for their whole stay. What you will do: - Check guests in and out quickly and warmly - Answer phone calls, emails and guest messages - Recommend restaurants, beaches and things to do in Miami - Handle payments, room changes and special requests - Work with housekeeping and maintenance to solve problems fast About you: - At least one year at a hotel front desk or in another guest-facing role - Spanish is strongly preferred; Portuguese or French is a plus - Calm and friendly, even when the lobby is busy - Available for mornings, evenings and weekends What we offer: - $17 to $19 per hour, plus a monthly guest-review bonus - Medical, dental and vision insurance after 30 days - Free staff meal every shift - Discounted stays at partner hotels - Paid parking or a monthly transit pass How to apply: create your Fiondr profile, upload your resume and tap "I'm interested".
