Bartender

Harbor & Vine Restaurant Group is hiring two Bartenders for our seafood and wine restaurant in Denver, CO. Our 14-seat bar is busy before shows and games, and we are known for a strong wine-by-the-glass list and a short, seasonal cocktail menu. What you will do: - Make classic and house cocktails, pour wine and beer and serve bar guests - Keep drinks moving for the dining room service well - Prep garnishes, syrups and juices before service - Keep the bar clean, stocked and organized - Check IDs and serve responsibly About you: - At least two years of bartending in a full-service restaurant or cocktail bar - Comfortable with a busy rush and friendly with every guest - Interest in wine.
