Infant Room Teacher

Seabreeze Early Learning Academy is hiring two Infant Room Teachers in Sarasota, FL. Our infant room cares for eight babies aged 6 weeks to 12 months with two teachers, and we keep a calm, loving routine that families trust. What you will do: - Feed, change, comfort and rock infants to sleep on each baby's schedule - Plan simple activities for tummy time, music, books and sensory play - Keep the room clean, sanitized and safe - Record feedings, naps and diaper changes in our parent app - Talk warmly with parents at drop-off and pick-up About you: - At least one year caring for infants in a center, a home daycare or as a nanny - The Florida DCF 45-hour childcare training, or willing to complete it (we pay for it) - Infant CPR and first aid, or willing to get certified in your first month - Gentle, patient and attentive - Able to pass Level 2 background screening What we offer: - $16 to $18.50 per hour, depending on experience and credentials - 50% off childcare for your own children - Medical and dental insurance after 30 days - Paid time off and paid holidays - Paid training toward your CDA credential How to apply: create your Fiondr profile, upload your resume and tap "I'm interested".
