Care Scheduling Coordinator

Evergreen Home Care is hiring a Care Scheduling Coordinator in Portland, OR. We send about 80 caregivers to clients across the Portland area, and the scheduling coordinator matches the right caregiver with every client. What you will do: - Build and manage weekly schedules for caregivers and clients - Fill call-outs quickly so no client goes without care - Talk with families about their needs and schedule changes - Keep caregiver records and training dates up to date - Take the on-call phone one weekend a month About you: - At least one year scheduling staff or appointments - Organized, calm and good at solving problems quickly - Comfortable with scheduling software and Excel - Home care or healthcare experience is a plus What we offer: - $21 to $24 per hour, plus on-call pay - Medical, dental and vision insurance after 30 days - Paid time off and paid holidays - A team that really cares about clients and caregivers How to apply: create your Fiondr profile, upload your resume and tap "I'm interested".
