Building Porter

Empire Building Maintenance is hiring three Building Porters for a 30-floor office building in Midtown Manhattan. Porters keep the lobby, restrooms and common areas spotless while thousands of people come and go each day. What you will do: - Clean and restock restrooms on a set schedule - Keep the lobby, elevators and entrances clean - Clean up spills and handle tenant requests - Take out trash and recycling to the loading dock - Help with snow removal at the entrances in winter About you: - Experience is welcome but not required.
