Day Porter

Clearwater Facility Services is hiring two Day Porters for a 22-floor office tower in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Day porters keep the building looking its best while tenants are at work: lobbies, restrooms, break rooms and conference rooms. What you will do: - Clean and restock restrooms on a set schedule throughout the day - Keep the lobby, elevators and entrances clean and free of spills - Reset conference rooms and clean break rooms after lunch - Respond to tenant requests sent by the building manager - Take out trash and recycling and keep the loading dock tidy About you: - Experience is welcome but not required.
