Home Health Aide

Desert Bloom Home Health is hiring three Home Health Aides in Phoenix, AZ. Our aides help older adults live safely at home. You will see the same three or four clients each week, so you get to know them and their families well. What you will do: - Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming and moving around the home - Prepare simple meals and help with eating when needed - Give medication reminders and note any changes in health - Do light housekeeping and laundry - Drive clients to appointments and errands when needed - Write short visit notes in our phone app About you: - At least one year of caregiving, at home, in a facility or with a family member - An Arizona caregiver certificate or CNA license, or willing to get one in 30 days (we pay for it) - A valid driver's license and a reliable car - Patient, kind and calm What we offer: - $17.50 to $20 per hour, depending on experience - Mileage paid between client visits - Medical insurance after 60 days - Paid time off and paid training - A care coordinator you can call any time during your shift How to apply: create your Fiondr profile, upload your resume and tap "I'm interested".
