Delivery Dispatcher

Mile High Couriers is hiring a Delivery Dispatcher in Aurora, CO. We run 35 drivers and bike couriers across the Denver metro area, delivering for law firms, labs and local shops. The dispatcher keeps every route on track. What you will do: - Assign same-day orders to drivers and couriers using our dispatch software - Track deliveries live and reroute drivers when traffic or problems come up - Answer customer calls and emails about pickups and deliveries - Solve problems fast: missed pickups, wrong addresses, late packages - Keep accurate records for billing About you: - At least one year in dispatch, logistics or a busy customer service role - Calm under pressure and good at juggling many tasks at once - Comfortable with computers and quick at typing - Knowing the Denver metro area is a big plus What we offer: - $21 to $24 per hour - Medical, dental and vision insurance after 30 days - Paid time off and paid holidays - Weekday schedule, no nights or weekends How to apply: create your Fiondr profile, upload your resume and tap "I'm interested".
