What you will do:
- Resolve hardware and software issues for staff
- Set up laptops, phones, accounts and access
- Manage the ticket queue and keep users updated
- Maintain printers, Wi-Fi and meeting rooms
- Write simple how-to guides
About you: hands-on IT support experience. CompTIA A+ is a plus.
