Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Brightline Customer Care is hiring eight Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in Las Vegas, NV. We answer calls and chats for utility and insurance companies, helping customers with bills, accounts and service questions. What you will do: - Answer inbound calls and chats in English and Spanish - Help customers with billing, account changes and service requests - Write clear notes on every contact - Escalate complex cases to the right team - Meet quality and response time goals About you: - Fluent in English and Spanish - No call center experience needed.
