Shipping Clerk

Gateway Logistics Hub is hiring a Shipping Clerk in Kansas City, MO. We ship home goods and furniture to stores across the Midwest, and the shipping clerk makes sure every trailer leaves with the right freight and the right paperwork. What you will do: - Prepare bills of lading, packing lists and shipping labels - Schedule carrier pickups and track outgoing loads - Check loaded freight against orders before trailers leave - Answer carrier and customer questions about shipments - Keep shipping records accurate in our system About you: - At least one year in shipping, receiving or warehouse office work - Comfortable with computers and Excel - Organized and detail-minded - Forklift experience is a plus What we offer: - $18 to $20 per hour - Medical, dental and vision insurance after 30 days - 401(k) with a 3% match - Paid time off and 7 paid holidays How to apply: create your Fiondr profile, upload your resume and tap "I'm interested".
