After-School Program Leader

Brightside Family Services is hiring three After-School Program Leaders in Austin, TX. We run after-school programs at elementary schools in North Austin, and each leader looks after a group of about 15 children. What you will do: - Lead homework time, games, crafts and outdoor play - Plan simple weekly activities and themes - Keep children safe and check them in and out - Talk with parents at pick-up - Work with the site coordinator and other leaders About you: - At least one year working with school-age children, at a camp, school, church or similar - Energetic, patient and fun - CPR and first aid, or willing to get certified (we pay for it) - Able to pass a background check What we offer: - $17 to $19 per hour - A set weekday afternoon schedule that fits around classes - Paid training before you start - Paid holidays and school breaks off How to apply: create your Fiondr profile, upload your resume and tap "I'm interested".
